Once the order is confirmed and work has started, cancellation, changes, or refunds are not possible for custom orders.

Yes, we accept bulk and return gift orders for weddings, birthdays, poojas, baby showers, and other events. Please place bulk orders well in advance.
DELIVERY, DELAY, DAMAGE
Yes, we ship across India. Shipping charges are extra unless mentioned otherwise.
We try our best to dispatch on time. However, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen situations are beyond our control.
Please take a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. Damage claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products. For ready-made items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
