- Custom-made products are prepared specifically as per your requirement.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once confirmed.
- Production Timeline
- Custom orders require additional processing time depending on the design and quantity.
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Product Appearance
- Slight variations in color, size, or finishing may occur due to handmade nature and lighting effects.
- These variations will not be considered defects.
- Dispatch & Shipping
- Shipping charges are extra unless mentioned otherwise.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
- Damage During Transit
- Please take an unboxing video for any damage claims.
- Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
- Bulk & Event Orders
- Bulk or event orders must be placed well in advance.
- Priority will be given based on order confirmation date.
