- Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear photos/videos and a mandatory 360° parcel opening video.

- 360° parcel opening video recording is compulsory for all orders.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel
- All sides of the package (360° view)
- Continuous opening of the parcel without pause or cuts
- No return, replacement, or exchange requests will be accepted without a proper 360° opening video.
- This helps us verify damage, missing items, or incorrect products fairly.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Customized, personalized, or bulk orders
- Products purchased during discounts or offers
- Minor variations in color, design, or size (as products are handmade)
🔁 Exchange Process
- Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product may be offered.
💰 Refunds
- No cash refunds.

- Return shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
