    • Production will start only after payment confirmation.
  2. Customization Details
    • Customers must clearly share customization details (design, size, color, name, quantity, etc.) before order confirmation.
    • Once approved, changes are not allowed.
  3. No Cancellation / No Refund
    • Custom-made products are prepared specifically as per your requirement.
    • Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once confirmed.
  4. Production Timeline
    • Custom orders require additional processing time depending on the design and quantity.
    • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  5. Product Appearance
    • Slight variations in color, size, or finishing may occur due to handmade nature and lighting effects.
    • These variations will not be considered defects.
  6. Dispatch & Shipping
    • Shipping charges are extra unless mentioned otherwise.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
  7. Damage During Transit
    • Please take an unboxing video for any damage claims.
    • Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
  8. Bulk & Event Orders
    • Bulk or event orders must be placed well in advance.
    • Priority will be given based on order confirmation date.
  9. Acceptance of Terms
    • Placing a custom order with Harshini Gifts and Crafts means you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
